National Test Agency Develops Mobile App for NEET, JEE Preparations Amid Lockdown

Shri Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, Union Human Resource Development Minister launched a new Mobile App; namely ‘National test Abhyas‘. The National Testing Agency has developed the App. Being that, the main purpose is to enable students to take mock tests for the upcoming exams like JEE mains and NEET under the purview of National Testing Agency.

In effect, the candidates can access high-quality mock test in the safety and comfort of their homes. This App is to cover the loss suffered by students due to closure of educational institutes NTA’s Centres. The development of this App is a step forward towards a semblance of normalcy in another crucial area i.e. test preparedness. Union Government is trying their best to tackle these unprecedented times. However, one cannot overlook the significant changes introduced in our lives as well as the world around us.

About the App

Students across the country can access the App. Moreover, all the mock tests for NEET, JEE are available free of cost and can be easily downloaded. The tests are also available in offline mode. This is an advantage for the students as they can attempt the tests without the internet. For now, the App works on Android-based smartphones; it will be soon available on IOS.ย  The NTA will release a new mock test everyday. Furthermore, NTA developed an extensive support system to proactively address the issues faced by the students.

Notably, edutech has witnessed a lot of innovation by going beyond the simple digital distribution of content. It has leveraged advanced technologies like Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
